Boneyard Saloon: The Locals' Wagyu Smash Burger
The Yard on Kearns Boulevard · Wagyu smash burgers · Rooftop · Free parking · 21+

Where to send someone who wants a great burger without Main Street attached. Wood-fired cooking, a summer rooftop, and parking that costs nothing.
Why you should go
Boneyard is where to send someone who says they want a great burger but do not need Main Street attached to it. Principal owner Jesse Shetler opened the concept in The Yard around the idea of a locals-friendly gathering place where comfort food gets the same attention as a more formal restaurant, and that identity still fits the room.
The kitchen builds much of its flavor around hardwood, using a custom hardwood-fired grill and a wood-fired pizza oven across the menu. For the burger category, the Boneyard Smash Burger is the move: two Wagyu mustard patties with shaved grilled onion, American cheese, house pickles, shredded lettuce, and Thousand Island on a potato bun. If you want it louder, the Southwest Smash adds bacon, jalapeno, pepper jack, and chipotle ranch.
It is also the easiest place on this list to recommend for a game, because the bar is built around sports and does not pretend otherwise. In summer the rooftop becomes the reason to stay longer, with live music and a relaxed evening that feels far more local than a polished resort patio. Free parking matters here too, especially after a few nights circling Main Street garages. Boneyard is 21+ and first come, first served.

Local intel
- Free parking is a genuine competitive advantage in Park City, especially for guests driving in from Deer Valley or Canyons.
- The wood-fired kitchen is not decor. A custom hardwood grill and a wood-fired pizza oven run through the whole menu.
- The rooftop is seasonal and the strongest warm-weather reason to go. Check the live music calendar before planning around a specific night.
- Boneyard and No Name share ownership, so treat them as two different plays: No Name is the iconic Main Street buffalo burger, Boneyard is the off-Main locals' smash burger and sports room.
