Drafts Burger Bar: The Slope-Side Gourmet Burger
Canyons Village · Gourmet burgers · Wraparound deck · Family friendly
Dani · 5 min read
Burger after the mountain. Oversized signature burgers, spiked shakes, and a Canyons Village deck that does more work than any dining room.
Why you should go
Drafts sits inside Westgate at Canyons Village, on Level 7 of Elk Lodge, which makes it the easy answer on the days you ski that side of Park City and do not want to drive anywhere afterward. The wraparound deck is the whole point: mountain terrain in view, boots still on, food arriving before anyone loses momentum.
The burgers are built to be excessive in the right way. Vote for Pedro stacks chile relleno, pepper jack, pico de gallo, avocado, smoked queso, and a fried jalapeno. I Heart Garlic goes caramelized onion, garlic aioli, bacon, mushrooms, and Swiss. Utah's 2025 Best of State awards named Drafts both Best Gourmet Burgers and Best American Pub, which tells you the kitchen takes the category seriously.
It is also the most family-friendly stop on the burger list. Ten screens, more than fifty beers in the broader concept, and a shake program worth splitting mean a ski group, a family, and a sports fan can all leave satisfied. Reservations are not accepted, so arrive before the dinner push during holidays and peak ski weeks.

Local intel
- Drafts sits inside Westgate in Canyons Village, so it is especially useful for guests staying or skiing on that side of town.
- The wraparound deck is open across seasons and is what separates this from an ordinary burger-and-TV room.
- Utah's 2025 Best of State awards named Drafts both Best Gourmet Burgers and Best American Pub.
- Pair it with a Canyons Village ski day rather than a Main Street evening. The two do not compete.
