How often is my residence visited?

Weekly is our standard for estates, with additional visits during storms, deep cold, and the weeks surrounding your arrival. Every visit ends with a photo report.

Do you manage homes larger than 6,000 square feet?

Yes. Larger residences receive a written care calendar for each system, and we coordinate the trades who installed them wherever possible.

Can you oversee renovations while we are away?

We supervise trades on site, review progress against scope, and send weekly documentation so decisions never wait on your travel.

Do you serve homes outside Park City proper?

We care for residences throughout Park City, Deer Valley, Promontory, Glenwild, Tuhaye, and the Jordanelle corridor.
